We are thrilled to announce that YM/SgtMaj Tristan Begines has been named Division 5 Young Marine of the Year! Since joining in 2021 and graduating from Recruit Cycle 32021, he has consistently demonstrated confidence, discipline, and determination while mentoring others and strengthening our unit. Outside of the program, he is a dedicated student at Ridgefield High School, also earning college credits at Clark College. After graduation, he plans to study Biology and pursue a career as an immunologist in the Army. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, rock climbing, camping, and hiking.
