Ridgefield Student Earns Top 10 Spot in National Leadership School

Ridgefield’s Joseph Gallant, 15, earned a top 10 spot in the 2024 Advanced Leadership School, showcasing his exceptional leadership abilities.

Joseph Gallant, a 15-year-old master sergeant and rising sophomore at Ridgefield High School, has been recognized as one of the top 10 graduates of the 2024 Advanced Leadership School (ALS). Gallant’s exceptional leadership qualities earned him this prestigious award. Reflecting on his experience, Gallant shared that ALS provided him with a new mindset and perspective on leadership, which he plans to apply both in his current role and in his future aspirations within the U.S. Marine Corps.
