It is with great sadness that the Lewis & Clark Young Marines share the recent passing of former YM/Sgt Phillip Taylor. Phillip spent nine years with the organization, graduating as a senior in August 2020. Known for his joie de vivre and infectious smile, Phillip lit up every room he entered and was a joy to be around. His positive spirit and dedication left a lasting impact on all who knew him. Rest easy, Phillip. Until we meet again.

March 31, 2024 by Andi Schwartz

This past Saturday, the Lewis & Clark Young Marines had the incredible opportunity to visit the Vancouver Rifle and Pistol Club for a day of hands-on learning and practice. Over the past few study nights, our unit has been diligently covering weapon safety, sight usage, and proper handling techniques.

Thanks to the generous hospitality of the Vancouver Rifle and Pistol Club, our young marines put their newly acquired knowledge to the test. It was an exciting and educational experience, enhancing their confidence and skills in a safe and supportive environment.
